My name is Ally Broderick and I'm an illustrative artist based in Chicago, IL, and a full-time student at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
In my work, I focus on design, illustration, animation, and community building. I'm fascinated by the natural world and building connections between the education and art world. In my free time, you can find me playing guitar and bothering my cat.

In charge of creating advertising material both video and poster to commercialize The Wild Postcard Project's Global Art Competition of 2025. Utilizing Adobe Software skills, Excel Spreadsheets, and communication to possible partners around the world
Worked directly with director of Chicago Filmmakers to support all aspects of the annual LGBTQ+ Film Festival: Reeling 2024. This includes research, previewing work, and communicating with screening partners
operated a small, in-demand private business providing artwork for customers on request (painting, digital)

Used learned barista skills to work in a Starbucks bar making drinks, communicating to customers, and organizing the store's stock/main common area
